    Default What do yas think?

Questions for all the vastly-more-experienced-than-me Triton users: I inherited a basic Mk3 from my father years ago & now having bought my own house find I have use for it more and more. I am planning to buy a Triton saw and a few accessories and 'get serious'
Is it worth upgrading from a Mk3 to the latest 2000?

Is there a market for S/H workbenches (or more to the point, anyone in WA wanna buy my Mk3, two careful owners, never raced )

    Cheers
    Rob

I also have a MK3 and have had it for about 10 years. I am very pleased with it and would not upgrade to the 2000.

The money saved in not upgrading was used to buy the sliding extension table, dust collection bag, height winding kit, bevel ripping guide and the planer attachment.

With home made extension tables the system works perfectly for my needs and was affordable.

Incidently Triton has a Mk3 Jig guide available ( free ) which will improve the accuracy of some difficult cuts.

    Good luck with your MK3.

    Peter.
