Did I do good? (Part 2) [Image heavy]
Ok, onto the planes, which was my real reason for going.
He had a few, but I don't know much about them.
Firstly, a very neat No 4 1/2 Stanley Bailey, in vgc.
It even came with the original instruction sheet, in not so good condition.
And the other side
Then, something called a Stanley No. 65, which I have no idea how to use.
It came with lots of spare blades...
Inside a really old tin from a Chemist that no longer exists in Perth.
Next, an even weirder plane, a No 60, which has TWO blades!
and the other side
Ok, those are the metal planes.
Next post - wooden planes!

great haul! the 65 is actually a beading tool and the 60 is a rare (in my experience)spokeshave which I last saw when I watched my grandfather shave a tapering square section piece of timber into a wooden wheel spoke in a matter of minutes.
