Ah, just realised, I got my catalogue as part of an order from LV.

You are a bit far away to drop an old one around - like Waldo I get one with my order when a new catalog comes out.

You can order them from LV, though you may need to contribiute a dollar or two towards the postage if it's not part of another order.

I usually ask for one to be included in the first order I place after the new catalogue comes (about August or September I think) -- done this way LV has to date swallowed the additional postage cost.
