to berg or not to berg?
that is the question...
I was kept in touch by an old woodworker's supplier, he ceased the activity, and he's selling the entire "antiques" of the shop (the old rust)
he could have again some plane blade, he told me by phone the description "sweden with a fish". After a brief mail exchange, they eventually turned to be some berg plane blades, the same of the thread https://www.woodworkforums.com/f152/w...78/index4.html.
As they are not laminated, but plain swedish steel, would it be interesting to buy in your opinion?
thanks in advanceCheers,
Luca

Are they in reasonable condition? Might be worthwhile to buy them and put the ones you don't want up for sale here - or fleabay.
