What do you regard as a drop off point? Are you looking for volunteers to act as distributors/administrators, or can I nominate my home as my preferred drop off point?

Looks like I already have a volunteer for melb and perth but I'll add you to the list just in case

I think the prices will be more than before given the state of our lousy dollar however at the same time as the last clamp order was on Carbatec was having a sale on the k-bodies and our deal was still cheaper than the "buy 4 or more and get 25% off" carbatec sale

This was the deal I managed to get last time (Refer https://www.woodworkforums.com.au/sho...&postcount=142) but use this only as a guide as they will be different again.

    Ciao,

    M.

    Hi Martin,

    4 x KR.524 (24" K-Boby Revo clamp)
    4 x KR.550 (50" K-Boby Revo clamp)
4 x KBX20 (extender for joining two clamps together to make one longer clamp)
2 sets KP Blocks (4 per set)
2 sets KP Blocks Adaptor (4 per set)

I live in Balmain, so inner west of Sydney would suit me. Happy for my place to be used as a pickup point.

    Regards,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

I'm unsure if the extenders are available in Australia. I was looking for them a while ago when I was glueing up my new workbench. In the end I used some half inch bolts to extend the clamps. Having said that I'll ask around again and see.

    Ciao,

    M.

And this post (in the same thread) shows the retail price of the time....
    https://www.woodworkforums.com.au/sho...4&postcount=69

So using Northwood's online price of the time K60's were $65 and the Great Clamp price was $49.
So I guess you could use this as a gauge. I've seen K60's for sale online for a similar price recently, so the prices may not be that different.

    Don't quote me on that.

Oh, and you can put me down for....

    6 x KR60-2K (600mm K body)

    Melbourne pick up.

Unless there's enough for a North Central Vic regional pickup point.
