Hi and welcome to the forum!
The Stanley rebate planes 10, 10-1/4 and the 10-1/2 all used the same blade, 2-1/8” wide. I can only think of two suppliers, Ron Hock in the US (very highly regarded) or Anant in India. The Indian made irons are no worse quality than current English Stanley irons but finding a vendor can be an issue. I don’t know if Lie Neilson or Veritas make suitable replacement irons but if they do rest assured these would be premium quality.
But if you have access to an angle grinder why not have a crack at making one out of a modern Stanley 60mm iron?Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.
