Question Where to buy a centre-finding ruler?

TBO desires a centre-finding ruler. Thinking one of the on-line tool stores would have one, I gleefully said I would buy her one, but even after an extensive Google search, I came up empty handed (with the exception of one at Axminster Tool Centre in the UK).

I have bought one since I've been in Australia, but it's long gone and I can't remember where I got it from.

Anyone know where I might find one please?

But remember those you need 3 of our dollars to get 2 of theirs and it is imperial and not metric.
Besides, why not use a piece of string and fold it in half to find the middle and then set your dividers to step of distances from the midpoint? Don't mind me - I just hate turning measurements into numbers - I am much better off just marking and measuring relatively (eg story sticks) rather than turning everything into absolute distances and angles.

As mentioned, this ruler is for TBO and meets her needs; I too use dividers and folded sheets of paper etc. to accomplish the task.

The LV contraption is too complex and moreover, too expensive by far. The Incra rules are good, but again, too expensive for what she wants (marking card).

But thanks for the pointers nonetheless.

It's got lumps and bumps and is too sophistimicated for what TBO requires. She simply wants a straight ruler with zero in the centre.
