Make him pay for shipping, too. Man, I hate that kind of thing. I have shipped a dozen planes all over the world with narry a problem, so either it was pre-broken or badly packed.

Ripped off..
Nope, well packed and in bubble wrap. The left hand shoulder has a large depressed V shaped crack. I'd say its been crushed in a metal workers vice. I emailed the guy and gave him the opportunity to refund and I've withheld feedback for 10 days. Even though I knew it was used, he advertised it as NEW so if he doesn't come to the party I'm going to report him to Consumer Affairs for false and misleading advertising. He also quoted 14 bucks for postage which only cost 10 bucks.
Can't stand prix like that.:mad:If you never made a mistake, you never made anything!

Was this an ebay deal? If so, they have a dispute resolution service. It's not much chop, but you may get some satisfaction out of them.

I'd still start the DR process. You at least will alert epay to a rogue, and he will get turfed out if he does it again.*
*or not. it seems to depend on how much income he generates for epay

happened to me before also, some people have no regard for others, very annoying!
You can never have enough planes, that is why Mr Stanley invented the 1/2s

We have been following your saga for some time now .
It would have probably saved you heaps of stress and $$$ if you would have gone here.

Lie-Nielsen and ace911
Hey ace,
All 5 of your posts so far have related to Lie-Nielsen. You've either tried directing us to the Lie-Nielsen Australia website with links such as the one here or you've commented on a product either made by or sold by Lie-Nielsen.
Is there something you're not telling us?
Regards,
Mirboo.
