Changing blades on Stanley 10-150 retractable knives
Greetings all!
Could anyone please tell me how I remove an old blunt blade from a Stanley 10-150 retractable knife? (A small knife with snap-off segmented blades, knife had a black body with a yellow top)
Many thanks

Hi KB, not sure about that particular model but with many of the snap offs there is a cap on the back end, remove the cap slip out the slider and put the new blade in. The blade usually has a small plastic lock pin in the slider that you have to get past. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Thanks, Guys
You were right! The yellow cap on my knife needed a very hard pull before it would budge. It was so hard to move that at first I thought that it was glued or moulded on. Anyway, all's well now.
Thanks again
Kevington Beare.
