The last one is the only one that seems to have a knurled depth adjustment knob

Hi I'm new to this site I just came across it the other day and have been looking at this thread for the last two days.
Anyway my guess is the first plane's capping iron is the only one with the STANLEY logo background in black.

Nicely spotted Wombat, but no.
FC has it with number 4.
It is a Type 18 made for only a short time 1946-1947.
It has diagonal knurling on the brass adjuster and as Luban has noted black stained hardwood handles instead of rosewood.
All these Stanleys are later types built around mid 20th century but number 4 is the odd one out.
Well done everyone.
You're up FC

I forgot to compliment Ray on his detective skills - well done.
Also I need to acknowledge that the pictures are from Hans Brunner's and Stuart Minuskin's websites - the planes are theirs and are for sale.
Couldn't admit that earlier or it might have given away the answer.
OK FC you're up.
I'm off to the markets

Hello Mr Scribble,
I was fooled by the line "here's an easy one" this is obviously some strange and unfamiliar usage of the word "easy" i've not previously encountered. And, as I don't know a type 18 from my left elbow.. my only hope was to cheat....
Now I've blown it, you can rest assured that future pictures will have misleading titles like
"this one" and "pick me" .....
Regards
Ray

Told you it was easy.
The one first on the left is a rebate plane not a moulding plane like the rest
Your turn Ray

That would have been too easy
One more try...
Although it's not totally clear from the picture, is the second from the left the only one with an inside bevel ?

I actually know less about these tools than I do about hand planes.
I need to get out more.
