Apologies for the fact this has nothing to do with woodworking, but geez the description is wild. I can't believe the 'Engrish'

I know what you mean by the Engrish, but I suspect it is more to do with catching the ebay "search" for a variety of unconnected uses.

    Default Nice workbench

Here's one that might actually be worth buying. It's still got a Dawn Vice, and a bench planing stop ("inbuilt wood plane" according to the ad!). Looks solid and I think the original boards are still under the soft wood they've filled the tool well with.

Great workbench, but even for shabby chic I think it'd make an incredibly ugly dining table!
    Cheers, Richard

    Thanks Richard

Nice paint job. Not sure about castors on a work bench even if they do have a brake, which I can't see.. The castors can come off easily enough and then be used elsewhwere. More attractive still.

The first thing I'd do is take the castors off, the second would be to remove the added softwood top, then a once over with a plane on the top, and maybe a sander on the aprons, new jaws on the vice and it'd be a nice bench. If I wasn't broke, I'd probably buy it!

I'll sell him the patina for $399 if I can keep the bench!

I really think he'd be better off taking the time to list them separately or at least in groups of twos and threes.

    aman25 | eBay
This guy has some nice prices on Stanley #3's - no they aren't Type 11s or anything fancy and old, but still... I sent him an email asking if he could fit one into a USPS Small Flat Rate box if it were disassembled, and he did. Brought the shipping cost down from $50 to $13ish. Bargain!
