Failed to ID Plane Parts again
I must be getting old and dim, because I feel like I should recognise these or identify without too much trouble. But I'm coming up donuts.
1. I might have broken the code on this one. 2&1/2 inches long, Stanley No 50 Depth Stop?

2. Another depth stop. The slightly raised end keeps niggling away at my brain, telling me I should know, but nothing is falling out.

3. A cute little locking cap, 1&1/4 inch. Cast knurling on the screw seems to suggest something 1900ish or a little earlier. Cast marking S. I can't get much further than that.

No 3 looks like a Stanley #40 scrub plane lever cap - but an early one.

Yes #3 looks like a scrub plane cap.
#1 is like a #50 depth stop but I will go and measure mine in the morning to be sure.
#2 is a depth stop but thats about all I can say. Kind of like a 78 depth stop but not quite right.
Regards
John
