PS we talked elsewhere about A2 chipping, and the lapping work reminded me that my first Hock chipped on 1st use. Haven't had any further trouble and as suggested in the other thread, a poss explanation is the heat treatment process leaving a bit of the end fragile.
Like SG, I'm v. happy with the Hocks.
An Academy would be nice but is outside my budget; any case, I heard something about Paul Williams retiring?Cheers, Ern
