    Exclamation HTPAA website?

Who runs it? I just went there to have a look a a Carter plough plane and it gave me a "Widows anti-virus must check your computer, click yes to proceed" pop-up.

It will be an add. A pop-up.
Unless the notification comes from your computers virus checker. Ignore it.
A web page can't tell if you have one.
If you click yes it will give you a virus and then ask you o pay to remove it.
Just close the window and run your own virus checker if your worried.

Thanks Fly, I'm onto it already.

One of the advantages of having non-microsoft browser and anti-virus is you don't believe those pop-ups.
I'm just trying to alert whoever runs the site.

No worries, they probably know we're talking about them by now.

    Anybody else had any issues?

I'll just make this clear......I'm not disparaging or criticizing the HTPAA website or the people that run it. It's a big internet and stuff happens.
On the other hand, I'm not contacting them directly until I've heard that they've fixed the problem or they've given me good reason to believe that I'm a nervous nelly and there's no such thing as malware.

    cheers

I stopped going to the website when my anti-virus program (norton) advised me not to.
I went on earlier today and was asked if I wanted to download/run/save a zip file. I didn't.
    Cheers,

You can search htpaa in Google, and click on the cached copy of the site.

Seems to be coming up fine for me.

Weird. It happened again. I searched for "Turner planes". The HTPAA web link came up. Clicked it and my anti-virus blocked it. Searched for the HTPAA website itself, went there, no problems.

Anti-virus is up to date. When I 're-searched' the site, Google didn't indicate any problem. Did a virus scan and everything's fine....

I have no idea what is going on......glad I can get into the site though, it's very useful.
