Lovely saw and a good result.
Be careful setting the teeth in this cold weather. Unless the saw plate warms up first the steel can be brittle enough to break.
My saw doctor leaves them out in the sun to warm before setting, and won't do it if the temperature is too cold.
Lovely saw - did I mention that..............

Hi Tony, long time no Anzacs or are you still on a diet The old bloke down the road gave me a D8 when I moved into the new workshop. Its stamped 3 1/2 but measures 6 1/2 at the heel and close to 9 at the toe, depends who was using and sharpening them I'm sure. I gave it a quick brush up and been using it but it really needs a full sharpen. Yours has come up a treat.
