Chris Schwarz has reproduced a lovely chart of common moulding profiles that I think you might enjoy and use.
At the very least they are educational.

3/4 hollow: Ball-end cutter(s) [aka "radius bit"] mounted at an angle, probably progressive passes to final size. Ditto for more primitive scrapers.
