Moulson Brothers Toothing Plane...any good?
Just got this lil beasty in the mail the other day...as a relative newcomer to antique tools, i was just wondering...is it any good? or have i simply got a decent paper weight?
Its got no serious pitting until a few millimeters after the toothing stops.
I've not had a shot at sharpening it yet, but thought i'd ask before hand whether anyone's had any experiences, good or bad, with Moulson Brothers planes?
I was also curious as to whether its fine enough to be able to be used with sawn veneers, or would it be better suited to solid timber?
Any help would be much appreciated

The Toothing Iron looks in fine condition and well suited for veneer work. Don't be overly concerned about the pitting. Is looks to be well clear of the toothed profiles.
Whats the plane body like for condition.
