I have heard that they are planning a foot powered version for those who don't use power tools. I believe it is loosely based on an old blacksmith bellows.

Veritas have missed the boat here. Where this new technology should have been applied is to hand sawing. How many times have you had to stop sawing to blow sawdust from the workpiece so you can see your line? On a long cut I have to stop several times to blow sawdust away.

Rob & his team must spend a good part of each year dreaming up these April Fool jokes (& preparing the props for the "announcement" pics!). Some of them are so elaborate, I have to wonder if they aren't secretly testing the audience to see if some of these things would sell in quantity. What's that famous saying about a sucker being born every minute?
