    Default Sa People Please Read

    Hi,

I MAY need a backup Adelaide delivery point. Can one of the current people ordering step up and help. All that is needed is

    - accept delivery of the Adelaide area clamps (about 50 odd clamps)
    - split them up
    - pick a time or times for people do come over and pick up their clamps
You will have a complete list of who gets what and the forum members will bring their invoice as a form of identification. It's up to you if you want to coordinate times via phone or e-mail.

Please respond as soon as possible. Worst case is that all Adelaide Delivery Point clamps will have to be sent separately and hence be charged freight.

    Sorry about this late notice.

I can do all that. I will need to get a firm date from the courier in advance, however, so I can arrange to take the day off work.

    Regards

Thanks Ndru, getting a firm date for delivery shouldn't be an issue. Again, this is as a backup. I will let you know shortly. By the way, what suburb (sorry, I've not been aligning forum names with the orders).

    Default Sydney Delivery Point

Since I decided I really do have enough clamps for the time being at least, it probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense for me to act as the Sydney delivery point.

So.... Anyone else able to handle it??

Can anyone on the Sydney list act as the delivery point? Darryl will still act as the delivery point if no one steps up, but it's a little rude to expect him to act as the distribution point person if he's not ordering clamps - especially given the efforts he made for us in the first order.

    Default Invoices

    Peoples,

The invoices should be e-mailed out today, so get ready with your direct deposits, credit cards and cheques. As I said before, the faster all the payments are in, the faster the order is placed on Bessey by Hordon and Co!

Also, I will be recommending to Colin to drop the ability to order on his form before the end of this week. The reason is that if we take orders up to 31 Oct, then payment/clearance of monies paid wouldn't occur until late next week and this effectly adds at least another week to the shipping time from Bessey.

We may also be changing the Adelaide delivery point, but I can't confirm this till later in the week. If it does change, it will change from Tea Tree Gully to Oaklands Park. Since delivery charges for non-delivery point orders wont be charged until just before shipment, don't worry if you want to change your delivery - we have plenty of time.

    Default Invoices revisited

    Hi,

Just a short note on people paying by credit card. If there is not a credit card charge on your invoice, then please contact Colin before paying. Either I screwed up and didn't note a change of payment type or circumstances have changed your mind. Remember, this charge is to cover the costs given to Colin by his credit card service providers.

If you want to still order, then you can. The web page to order is not available at present as Colin is undergoing website surgery. All you need to do is e-mail both Colin ([email protected]) and myself ([email protected]) with
    - details of the clamps wanted (use the price list I posted the other day)
    - name and address
    - e-mail, phone
    - shipping location (ie same as address or BNE,SYD,CBR,MEL,ADL delivery points)
    - payment method (credit card, cheque, direct deposit)

Remember, do this quickly as we need to collect monies as soon as possible and it takes time to process money comming into a company.

    Regards

Default Only 4 more days to pay

    Guys,

You only have 4 more days to pay. So far 23 have paid leaving 26 to pay (although we are ratifying a part for one person).

    Come on, pay!

    Thumbs up

    Burn,

Cheques in the mail!, why is it when ever I hear that the bloody thing never arrives. The efforts you have put into this order are greatly appreciated and the prices have come out ok as well.

I'm confused about the process for credit card payment. In accordance with the email instructions, I went to the website, where it said Bessey Special Order, clicked on 'add', and it came up with:

For exclusive use of Forum Members
    BESSEY1
    $1.00
    $0.10
    $1.10
    $1.10

What's going on here??? Do I need to do the whole order again? If so, how?

My apologies - I was one of the remaining 3. I have been pretty busy with work during the past week. I just arranged for the deposit today - should hit Colin's account Monday morning.

    Burn,

I presume that I am the one that has not paid from the ACT - I have a screenshot that the money was tranferred on the 25th - there must be some slow electrons.

Yep checked my bank statement and the money went from my account at that time.

I suspect that some others may be in the same boat. I am with which bank BTW.

    Cheers
