Default What are these plane worth?

Darth Planer is trying to turn me to the darkside. He has offered me the following planes, and I have to work out how much i should pay him. I want to look after a him a little bit (I am his boss), but not to my detriment.
Stanley 75 nearly new condition, in original box
Stanley 271 unused, as new, in original box
Stanley 120 & 130 both in reasonable condition with approx 75% japanning
Stanley 5 1/2 C in reasonable good condition
Turner 4 1/2 in very good condition
and a number 6 with no marking on it.
Adding these to recently picked 220, #5 & #6. I dont know how often (if ever) i will use these, but its a bit of fun collecting the old stuff. the dilemma then is whether to leave them as is, or tart them up, by refinishing handles, electrolysis, etc.
    Help me Obe Wan(s)
    Thanks Kev.

One way to gauge the value is to get on E-bay and see how much these are going for ,which depends on the collectability and rarity of the piece of course.
Of course some sellers think that they have genuine antiques , like the seller pointed out in a recent post was asking 325.00AUD for an old beaten up Pope #4, which in reality was worth less than the postage to get it.
There are a lot of hand tools like planes and such on Ebay Australia , probably the same on Ebay US as well.
I like buying the old tools and bringing them back to a user condition , but no way I want to start another collection .
    I have a # 4 Stanley Sailey in excellent condition I paid $35.00 AUD for , a near new # 7 jointer I paid under a $100.00AUD .

    Cheers Kev

They are pretty much worthless, only good for scrap metal - so if you want to send them all to me, or forward me the contact details I will give you $10 for the scrap metal value

    Cagey ,

I cant remember all the Stanley model numbers so I'm not sure what some of the planes you listed are .
Have you had a look at at Hans Brunners site ? he has a lot of old tools for sale you may be able to get some idea of prices from there.
    heres a link.

Heres another site that may help ,listed every plane that Stanley has made , descriptions etc

The question should be, "which one's do you really want to buy?".

The #271 and #5 1/2 are the best of the bunch and you will use them.

A #4 1/2 is a very desirable size smoother, but I do not know much about Turner quality.

Of the block planes, the #220 is probably the best one, but it is really very low-average compared to what is also available in the market (for vintage, look for a #60 1/2). The others above are well below the #220.

Run screaming in the opposite direction of the #75. If you have a decent #5 1/2, then you do not need a #6 as well.

    Regards from Perth

Thanks for your advice Derek, maybe i will on sell the ones i dont want, but the box of stuff i was handed was for the lot. I was thinking maybe $250 - $300 the lot
The 220, 5 & 6 i got elsewhere so dont come into this equation, i just wish the box came along before i picked up the others
    Thanks Kev.
