Pony 3/4" Pipe Clamps (The Orange Ones!)
I am entirely sick of cheap clamps, therefore...
Anyone know where I can get my hands on some of these? Preferably in Brisbane due to postage issues, but I'll take what I can get.
Thanks in advance.

Have a nice day - Cheers

The Pony clamps are sold by Mik International in Adelaide. But they will be at the Brisbane TWW Show in a week with show special prices. I have found that even if they haven't got stock there they will take your order at the show at the special prices and dispatch promptly from Adelaide.
I saw Record pipe clamps at Trade Tools. They looked good quality and not really expensive.
I myself have cheap pipe clamps but since I got a fair number of Bessey K Body clamps (thanks to this forum and Colin Rayner at Northwood Tool) the pipe clamps just stay on their rack.
Now there's another option. Colin will be at the TWW Show next week. Maybe some K Body clamps at show prices?
Carba-Tec now have a K Body copy, Groz brand, made in India. Saw them yesterday, and they looked okay. Not cheap, in fact very close to the prices I paid for the Besseys when we did the forum bulk buy through Northwood Tool.
In the latest Popular Woodworking there are ads for some new models. The Irwin Quickgrip XP is caimed to have twice the clamping force of the current Quickgrips.
And Jet are advertising their new Parallel Clamp which is a copy of the Bessey K Body with some innovations. It has a "Slide Glide Trigger" which i think is a good innovation. Then it has a graduated rule on the shaft. I cannot imagine where that would be useful. And there is a peg to peg the clamp head to a bench dog hole. An innovation or a gimmick?
Best innovation would be an affordable price.
I guess both these new clamps will be available in Australia soon.Brian

Soundman has pairs that sell for $26 which is $4 less than Carba-tec, but after you factor in postage you might end up paying more. Go to Carba-tec, they have a sale the week before the Woodshow.
