Group Purchase - Split Nuts
I asked Mike Wenzloff, http://www.wenzloffandsons.com for a price on a quantity purchase of split nuts, and he has kindly agreed.
The normal price on the website is $US4.50 per nut/bolt pair, and they are normally sold as parts for kits that Mike sells.
We can do a group purchase of 100, for the very good price of $US3.60 per nut/bolt pair.
After factoring in postage costs and exchange rates, my best guess is that they will end up costing us around $A6.00 per nut/bolt pair.
The biggest unknown variable is the exchange rate. So I can't guarantee that exact price, it might be up or down slightly. Of course you will have to add the postage cost within Australia.
There are 3 sizes 7/16, 1/2 and 9/16... price is same.
I like the 1/2" but if you have a preference for another size, then make that clear.
Mike asked that I make it clear, the price we are getting is for quantity purchase only.
I would like to add my thanks to Mike Wenzloff for his generous offer, I really appreciate the prompt response and generous support. Thanks Mike.
Ok... who was it said they wanted split nuts?
Regards
Ray

Ray I don't care what the others said; I think you're a top bloke!
Please put me down for:
3 x 7/16"
6 x 1/2".
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.

Please add to my order 6 x 7/16 ''
Peter.
ps. When you get close to finalizing let us know. I more then likely would be prepared to alter my size requirement to help you balance your minimum orders of 100 per box.
