    Wow, that is awesome. Move over bandsaw.

    My next two purchases:

    - Frame Saw
    - Minion to pull the other end

    I wonder if Lie Nielsen sells minions...

    No Luke - you need to exploit some child labour, like my old man did (I was first assigned to one end of a crosscut saw at about 8 or 9). Just tell your partner you need a healthy young son.......

    I dunno, Paul - he used a very short piece of something pretty soft for his demo. Send him one of those gnarly old telegraph poles you like to play with, & see how he manages that!

    Also williamsburg style, but in this one, our good friend George Wilson cutting veneer around the 5 minute mark. The entire series is worth watching if you like hand work.
