Revolutionary Wood File
I have been searching for some while now for somebody who sells a particular type of file. It was a revolutionary file and promoted in various stores many years ago. I have not been able to find one since and I can't remember the make of it.
Basically it was a flat piece of steel which had sharp micro circles etched all over it. This strip of steel was then stuck to an orange plastic handle.
It was a brilliant tool, and I would very much like to find someone who is selling it. Can anybody help me with this? Does anybody else remember it?
Thank you

Is this it.
Stanley Hand Tools :# Surform Tools & Blades
I got one back in the 70tes but most hardware places dont stock the blades any more. Looks like stanley still produces them however.

I went into my local hardware store this morning and asked in there. An old gent knew exactly what I was talking about and described it just as it was. He tells me it was made by sanvik, it was carbide and they don't make them anymore.
Shame, because they were brilliant.
Thank you all just the same.
