Set of German Moulding planes and Sliding Dovetail Plane

I have a few planes I've accumulated that continue to stump me on their age. Primarily because I can't find much info on dating continental hand planes. Can anyone help? Also, is there another forum I should post on or user I should ask about this?

Here are some pictures of the set of the molding planes

All 10 1/2 inches. Would be an indication of early manufacture if they were British, but does this hold true for continental? Interesting wedge profiles, anyone seen these?

Anyone familiar with the corner cut out on the two of them? It doesn't match the planes

Both identifiable makers are +-1800, the squiggly one I've got no clue

All of standard two piece German construction. No spring, as is standard of continental planes.

Anyone familiar with the lines present on these and several other German planes I have? Is this specific to German planes? any information would be appreciated.

Here are a couple pictures of the dovetail plane. Seems fairly old, but again, I don't know how to tell with continental planes.

Very stereotypical looking of a German plane.

Updating a few things. The iron maker date was not accurate or well researched. The Ward iron is 1803-1837, and the Dwight French iron is approximately 1850 to 1900. When I said the corner cutout doesn't match the plane, I meant it doesn't match a cutout also on the plane. Also, is there no way to edit posts? I couldn't find any way to

Not sure what happened, I tried to post a reply, but I don't see it. Forgive me if this is the second time I'm posting this
The dates for the irons are wrong. The Ward iron is 1803-1837, the Dwights French iron is about 1850-1900
The profiles of the mouldings look fairly early based on the APT article on this, but again, I don't know if this holds true for continental planes

Hi there. I think there is also a restriction on new people putting up photos i.e. one needs to post a few times before being "allowed"

Incorrect, just need to be approved.

In this case he has copied and pasted pics, I can see what he pasted in admin advanced edit
