One of the guys I work with is always telling what he bought or saw at the North Rocks markets on Sundays.
He says there are always lots of old planes, chisels, bowsaws, etc. etc.
Might be worth a visit?
Cheers,
Andrew

Keep an eye out for #51. This spokeshave has an adjustable mouth, which makes it go from a deep cut to a finishing cut without adjusting the blade position.
Regards from Perth

Well, you've missed this weeks market. I suppose you could just mail-order a new, shiny one from Lee Valley of Lie Neilsen & have it by the weekend if you start now.
