L square modification
Hi
this is a 600x400mm L square which I find I'm using quite a bit
it doesn't have a stop on one edge so extra care has to be taken when using against an open edge ie table edge etc
I recently saw while browsing online, a straight edge that somehow clipped to one side creating a stop to use against the edge as a set square would
now I cant find it anywhere, can anyone recall seeing this (maybe banggood or similar) or maybe there is a diy solution that works as well
cheers
Bryan

G'day Bryan, if you do a search for "framing square fence" you'll get some. Veritas seem to be most prevalent.

Hi Bryan. You could drill a couple of holes through the short arm and screw a timber fence to it, flush to the inside edge.
