Default Stanley 45 fence bars; what size are they?

Can someone with a Stanley 45 combination plane give me the measurements of the two sizes of bars? I'm pretty sure they're 3/8" dia and one set is 4" and the other 8" but currently I'm a few hundred k's from my shed.

The reason I'm asking is that I have access to some offcuts of THICK walled 3/8" SS "Swagelok" tubing at work and I reckon it'll make some decent rustproof bars; I just need to check the dimensions.
