Default Stanley Rule and Level Co no93 Spirit Level

Had the good fortune today to handle the mentioned level and was asked to put an age and price with a view to buying. A small brass plaque covering the end of the single vertical bubble states Pat 11.3.08 and 6.8.06. My thought was 80 90 to 100 yrs old but what is it worth (in good condition)?.

    Well now.
Martin J Donnelly in the USA has/had one up for auction and reckons the likely range is thus:
Stanley Rule & Level No. 93: Brass Bound Mahogany Level. Length: 26.00 Inches. Auction Item: (Estimate: 175.00-350.00)
    These are US dollars.

I think that these things go for a lot more over there than they do here, but ... who knows?
    Hope this helps

Thanks SG. That's the one. Very nice nice level and seemed to be extremely accurate with its long bubble. As for the price I think it's a bit too much for me as he was thinking himself around the $300.00. (I am saving for my no2) and I had no idea what it is worth.
