    Default Curved spokeshave

Has anyone used one of Terry Gordons curved spokeshaves?
saw him use one at the T&WWWS in Melb.
Not too long before I add one to my collection of his tools.
So i am interested in your opinions of their use

    G'day Shippers,

Check out Derek's excellent review on both of HNT's spokeshaves, http://www.inthewoodshop.com/ToolRev...OKESHAVES.html

I own both his spokeshaves and, like his planes, are excellent products. I have not use the round bottom spokeshave enough to comment on it but the flat spokeshave is very comfortable for my grip. I used it in the pull direction for chamferring corners of some bookcases for my kids and it takes a very fine shave.

I do have Record's A151 flat and bottom spokeshaves, but the HNTs provide a better grip.

    My 2 cents.

    Cheers

    GUNN

    Thanks DF for your 2c
I have read Dereks review, which is insightful, however i rank Dereks skills far above my own, as would alot of forumites i presume.
No disrespect to watching forumites intended.
i would like the perspective of those who dabble.
