Any news?

I spoke to Ray two weeks ago. Ray told me the Josh his son was about half way through the surface grinding of the plane blades. He said he would be finished in the next week or so. I will send him a PM.

Ray, when you say everything, are you talking about just the plane blades or are you talking about the paring chisels, firmers etc as well?

He means everything. RayG has other obligations and he wants to get everything done before those obligations take him away for a period of time.

Sorry guys, despite the best efforts of Josh ( he's done several all night grinding sessions) and myself. I'm not going to be able to sort out who get's what and package everything and then and post the plane blades before I leave for 2 months work in Austria tomorrow..

PS Thanks especially to Helmut, sorry, I feel I've let you down..

I was hoping to receive the blades before the 3rd anniversary of this thread but that's the nature of small custom production.

I'll just blame it on the pay rise for the MPs and Senator, hahahaha......maybe it's the carbon tax.

Anyway, have a good trip and let us know when you're ready to post the blades.
