Default Second try, Set of German Moulding Planes and Sliding Dovetail Plane

I just learned how to add pictures properly, and considering the length of the post, I figured it would be less convoluted to post again with the pictures, so here's attempt two.

I have a few planes I've accumulated that continue to stump me on their age. Primarily because I can't find much info on dating continental hand planes. Can anyone help? Also, is there another forum I should post on or specific user I should ask about this? (Any German plane enthusiasts on this forum?)

Here are some pictures of the set of molding planes

All 10 1/2 inches. Would be an indication of early manufacture if they were British, but does this hold true for continental? Interesting wedge profiles, anyone seen these?

Anyone familiar with the corner cut out on the two of them? It doesn't correspond to a cutout on the planes

The Ward iron is 1803-1837 and the Dwights French iron is 1849-1900 or so. I've got no clue the age of the & symbol looking one. Anyone seen this before?

All of common German two piece construction. Interestingly, one is made of three pieces. No spring, as is standard of continental planes. The profiles look 18th to first quarter 19th century based on the APT article and their construction from small circular shapes. In case anyone's interested, here's a link to that article https://www.jstor.org/stable/1493614?read now=1&refreqid=excelsior%3A1a518be14aff1c500674a54c3869a77b&seq=15#page_scan_tab_contents. This article was based on a survey of British and American planes, does anyone know if it holds true for continental planes?

Anyone familiar with the lines present on these and other German planes I have? Is this specific to German planes?

Here are a couple pictures of the dovetail plane. Seems fairly old, but again, I don't know how to tell with continental planes.

Very iconic looking for a German plane.

I'm of no help, but D&F makes lovely irons, as does ward, of course.

Hard to necessarily get planes that old and have the original irons (coming from germany, I'd expect something else - not sure of german brands, but freres if they were french).

Dwight's and french irons have generally been a bit softer than ward in my experience (sometimes a lot), but still wonderful to use - easy sharpening and very fine.
