Picko, as I keep sayin', "colour is the least reliable feature in wood identification!" There's often marked variation in the same tree, let alone between two different trees of the same species; there's usually a gradation from inner to outer wood, plus natural stains from insect damage, effects of soil minerals & so on & so on. This is actually handy for a colour-blind old git, 'cos I'm not distracted by colour & can concentrate on the more reliable features...
Having said that, id-ing wood from a picture can be dicey under the best of conditions so I based my suggestion as much on what I know was typically used as the picture itself.
