    Default Vices & TES

During this week I notified some close friends I had been diagnosed with TES (see attached pdf) its incurable.

Anyway due to TES I had to see how bad things were so counted up my Vises (edit vice to vise), ok we (LOML) and I.

    11
    They are
    1 8"Dawn (bought of Pat)
    1 4"Dawn (my dads)
    1 Engineers Vise rotating base
    1 Record plastic engineers vise
    2 model engineers/jewlers vises
2 cross slide vises (one just recently acquired) one is set up for Ornamental turning with stops.
    1 drill vise
    1 cheap ally drill vise
1 Aldis swivel head alloy vise

12 if you count Sue's Aldi swivel vise she has in her weaving room.

    Hi Ray,

I can help you with the treatment and therapy, the cure, as yet unproven, is more vises and less vices....

    Regards
    Ray

    Default Tes

Ahhh TES, I wondered what it was called. I realise now I've had it for years.
I had a friend, years ago, who was in a management position with a building company. As a way of boosting his income without the ATO hammering him, the proprieter gave him a very generous tool allowance. Every time I visited his workshop I would have a massive attack of what I now know to be......TES.
    Thanks for the enlightenment.
    Geoff.

Socrates once said that the sum of a man's vices is always a constant. Is this relevant?
