You could email the NZ contact - [email protected] and ask for the Australian contact. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you.

Bought mine from the Woodshow in Brisbane a few years ago. Mine is what appears to be the original version with the name on the manual in blue and red - the last time I went to the woodshow the version they were selling appeared to be more bland in appearance so I'm not sure if it was an original or a copy.
How did you end up breaking yours? The reason for asking is that mine appears to be very strong and even though it has only done limited work it has never looked like breaking.
According to the my paperwork which I keep in the case the info follows,
Company is "Word for Word Ltd"
Richard Wilkinson
PO Box 60442, Titirangi, Auckland NZ
Ph +64 9 817 8888
Fax +64 9 817 8892
Mobile +64 021 967 679
[email protected]
Z-VISE, formerly Zyliss Vice, a multi-purpose portable clamping system
And underneath all of the above - 1 Christine Avenue, Eltham, Vic 3095
Failing the above, on the back of the manual,
USA
Advanced Machinery
PO Box 312
New Castle, DE 19720
Ph 800-220-4264
Advanced Machinery
Hope it helps and that you can get your problem sorted.
Regards,
Bob

I got mine from Mr. Wilkinson. One of the wing nut for the drill holder got both wings broken during transit. I asked to buy a new one, Mr. Wilkinson sent me a replacement one free of charge.
-- I have no complaint using for a more than a year now. But I have broken another wing on of the jaw-nut while tightening it.

How did you go?
Most of these style vices use compatible parts. I bought one that goes under the name of "Mr Strong" probably about 20 years ago. It is quite versatile but the "strong" component is not really there. I had made up a new part for one of the clamps that broke, but finally the moving jaw with the thread gave up the ghost.
At the Brissy show this year the stand next to the Forums stand sold a similar product and I bought a new jaw assembly for $35. So it is back in business. The whole vice cost less than $70 when originally purchased, but I think they are a bit more than that now!
