I have used a blob of Blutak in the past when reaching into cabinets to drive screws.

Try an electrical wholesaler like Turks, Auslec, Lawrence & Hanson etc.
Sparkies use them for accessing screws on circuitbreakers and the like.

Hi,
I don't know who made this, I was given it about 30 years ago.
It uses two half round, splayed shanks, as you slide the tubular sleeve down it forces the splayed ends to cross each other thereby thickening the blade to lock in the screw slot.
