I saw that episode. I had not long watched Paul's original video and thought Poldark seemed to make rather hard work of the process.
SWMBO went strangely quiet while watching. I was expecting an unguarded comment, but none was forthcoming. I, for a moment, considered asking her if she would like me to take up scything. I thought that must have been the appeal .
