Default aligning table saw blade in my makita mtl100n .

hello there have recently purchased a makita table saw mtl 100n and the blade is slightly out of alignment. i can't find any instructions about re-aligning the blade and have been back to Adelaide Tools to ask but no-one there was able to help me. Have been looking on line and on the Makita site but no luck. can anyone assist me in how to re-align the blade with video or written instruction.
    Thanks very much
    Lindsay

This is only an educated guess but there should be screws or bolts that fix the table to the base. If you loosen those fixings the table should be able to be rotated slightly ...the saw and motor should remain stationary. Align the table so that the saw is in alignment with the mitre slots by measuring from the from & rear of blade to the mitre slot. Then tighten the fixings while being careful not to move the table while doing so.

Why can this thread be tagged as ‘important’ ? Surely forum rule changes/security, safety re-calls or the like are the only posts ‘important’ here

thank you very much for your educated guess, i couldnt find anything on line , nor could i find anyone else about who knew...i have since found the answer tho on another section of the forum here. i am grateful for your help, and appologise for labeling my post as important... i checked thru the options on the page i listed it on and it seemed there was little else i could choose.
it would seem this is a common problem with makitas mtl 100n table saw , they come right out of the box poorly aligned and no information as to how it is to be remedied.
