    Question

That 'new' CMT blade looks remarkably like an arbortech unit. Think you could use one in it's place?

    Question

So what is the new bit? Some of us have been doing that sort of stuff for years, with normal blade on the saw.

Works really well on a radial arm saw also, so long as you keep all your bits that bleed away from the blade.

The 'new' is in the application of applying shaper/moulder style cutting tools in conjunction with a table saw.Now being approached and applied by various manufacturing centres within the States.

Yes Neil, the scalloping of timber has long been attained by table saws by running timber across the diagonal but as you would be aware not a lot of people have used this technique within their experience unless armed with the right equipment.
