    Default Cabinet saw

The front of the benchtop is out of square with the milled channels, thus putting the alignaguage out of square with the sawblade (1/16" over 1 foot). My thinking is that I need to have the end of the benchtop re-milled to square it to the channels cut into the deck. I have checked this with a quality square. I am sick of having to measure each width for the cutting of each piece of wood.

Has anyone else had this problem / will this remedy this issue?

I'm slightly confused. As long as the channel, the saw blade and the fence are parallel, then who cares about the front of the table?

I guess the 'milled channels' are the mitre slots? is the 'alignaguage' the fence and rail system? What kind of saw is it? A picture is worth a thousand words.

this, I think you've left out a big stack of information

    saw make and model
    fence system
how did you align everything originally
    pictures etc

I'm with DaveVman, the front of the table has zero to do with the saw blade and fence.

you need to align the blade to the mitre slots and then align your fence to the mitre slot. your fence should have adjustment screws in it to angle the fence left and right, nothing is referenced off the front of the saw.
