    Default Disassembling Contractors Saw

I may have the opportunity to pick up a used contractors saw, and am concerned about it being so top heavy in the trailer, particularly on those legs which aren't known for being the best. I am aware I can remove the cast sidewings, but how hard would it be to remove the top? I have a couple of pallets, and I was thinking of taking the three heavy bits off the top and strapping them to the pallets, then just have the stand with the cabinet part standing alone.

    Any ideas?

I just typed 'Contractor's Saw' into google images and it brought up dozens of different types of machine.

So , which one of those is your one ?

Take the wings and the fence rails off, retract or remove the blade and transport it upside down like Rowley said.
Those were the droids I was looking for.
