Guard needed for 10HB tablesaw
The spring on the the RHS of my guard holding the non-return ratchet lever ( pawl?) on the guard of my Carbatec 10 HB table saw is broken. I was cutting some thin boards today, and the one which would normally be held by this RH pawl shot back at great speed across the room, so I think it time to do something about it.
Looked at dismantling the guard and replacing this one spring, but it is all rivetted together, and difficult for me to do.
I reckon Carbatec will probably charge as much as the total sawbench for a replacement guard.
Has anyone come across a suitable replacement guard for this saw?regards,
Dengy
