Talking Need Help With Miter Sled

I have a Craftsman Prof t/s (3 months old) which uses a miter sled in place of the usual miter gusge and flat workbase. It also has a miter guage but it can only be used with the accessory table, where I have my router mounted.
So the problem is the moiter sled will not stay in alignment with the blade. It has 4 adj screws (actually only supposed to adj 3 of them) but I can't keep them tight and I actually broke one and had to order 4 more for $16.00! ouch!
Is anyome familiar with ths saw or with adj miter sleds in general? I llke the sled concept, especially for smaller pieces (can't do big ones, anyway) but now I wish I had biught a regular flat top saw with a miter slot near the blade.

You might want to try some thread locker solution on the screws before you put them in. It will help them from loosening up over time. I have no idea what this stuff is called in the US, but it's called loc-tite threadlocker.
