Jet 12" Dual Bevel Compound Miter Saw - Laser Alignment
Hey there guys, I have a Jet 12" dual bevel compound miter saw that I bought used. Its a great saw and cuts amazing and precise. My issue is with my laser alignment. It shoots STRAIGHT across the blade (See photo) and not onto the work surface at all. I have ordered a new dust cover as it was very cheap and I was thinking the dust cover on my machine is missing something, like some sort of deflector to deflect the laser onto the work surface. There are not any external adjustments on the laser or surrounding area. Any insight would be great, perhaps if anyone has this saw equipped with the green laser and can take a photo of what their dust cover looks like??Thanks so much guys. Brian

Have you opened up the box that houses the laser and checked that nothing has detached itself or is loose enough that it has moved?
