    Default Makita MLT100 Miter Gauge Bar

    I am very new at WoodWorkForum. I just bought Makita MLT100 and found that Miter Gauge Bar do not fit well on the T-Slot which cause the cutting not accurate. None of alternative Miter Guage Bar that able to fit Makita MLT100. Can anyone advise how to solve the problem of Miter Gauge.

    I am not sure how the bar is attached to the mitre gauge, but if held by screws it may be possible to make a new bar with a hardwood strip that fits the mitre track better.
