Default Martin Panel Saw - Where to source Parts & maybe maybe a Catalogue?

    Morning Gents.

I have an older Martin panel saw which requires some restoration. It's a beautiful German machine which was being used in a working joinery, and was then stored outside under a tarpaulin for 2 years. Unfortunately, the bearings in the big 3.0m slide table have become very stiff (although it still moves) and the blade-tilt action is frozen. I think it's well worth spening a little time on, but I can't find anywhere that services them or sells parts for them. Any ideas and/or suggestions? I'm based in the Gosford NSW area.

    Many thanks.

Wayne, did you know Martin Saws are THE Rolls Royce of Panel Saws. Any money spent to keep this saw operating is not a waste because you will easily get your money back due to Martin's reputation.

Please give us an update of how the saw is performing (I'm just nosey)
    Just do it!

    Kind regards Rod

Hi Rod. Yes, I'm well aware of the quality & reputation of Martin machinery - quality German engineering at it's best. I'm virtually at the end of my career as a carpenter/builder so I'm not interested in spending tens of $$thousands on new electronic equipment. If I can refurbish this panel saw without spening too much time & money I will be quite happy.

    Regards, Wayne
