New MJ2325DS Carbatec Table Saw
I have just purchased new saw (above) and hopefully will be delivered early August. I note the comments regarding assembly instructions on other carbatec saws - has anyone had experience with the saw I am purchasing? If so should I start now to find alternative instruction manuals, or is the one that comes with this model OK?
Thanks
Clive O

Clive, to answer your question, its going brilliantly. The accuracy is great and its done everything I've thrown at it.
When you get it,if you have any questions, let me know and I'll see if I can help.

Clive,
I have one of these too, when they came out with the yellow base. Todate it been an excellent unit.
Initially I thought my blades were blunt, but eventually reasiled the belt needed to be tensioned up. It was a bit of a hastle so you may want to check this when you unpack and can turn the motor unit upside down.
I wanted and fitted a 12" blade in my unit which meant I had to extend the slot in the infill plate around the blade, and the dust collection shut at the bottom of the blade and riving knife had to come off. The riving knife has to be modified slightly if you wish to put it back on. Removal of dust is no problem as this can be scrapped out from gap underneath the base of the unit. Also when fully wound down the 12" blade is proud of the table top by about 4mm.
Cheers
