My first Panel saw
I am presently using an el cheapo Ryobi table saw. After seeing the quality of the shelf I cut out with it, I decided I needed to change the saw or the user - the former seems the easier option. I have looked around a bit and have found a second hand modyfied "Vassaw" for ~$1,800 (hopefully a photo will be attached - my first post so we will see how it goes). It looks well built and maintained, only issue I can see is that the blade can't tilt but I can use my Ryobi table or sliding mitre to do any angles. I have also seen a new MAGNO 250MM HEAVY DUTY SLIDING TABLE SAW for $1,400 (see the following link http://www.woodworking.com.au/cgi-bi...roducts&type=0 ) - it is not as well engineered but it looks more functional. I need a single phase machine. I mainly do occasional home/ hobby stuff, using mainly melamine, MDF sheets etc for shelves and cabinets etc. Room is not an issue. I am 44 so hopefully will be using it for 50 years or so. Can anyone advise on the above 2 or any other alternatives.

That might be a bit of a handicap with the blade not tilting. But I am sure there will be some more constructive advise from other forumites on this.
Reality is no background music.
