Sawstop upgrades
Once I have saved up enough money, I would like my new TS to be a SawStop. So I keep an eye on threads on Sawstop on this and other WW forums.
This one on Sawmill Creek is interesting for at least the following reasons:
- It raises a question concerning after-sales service by distributors (and SawStop's suppky of up-to-date information to distributors).
- It has a post from Steve Gass explaining what has gone on and why.
- It shows that SawStop is responding to user feedback - it is interesting that they are trying to eliminate the "false activations" that are being reported - like the clipping of the mitre gauge.
Cheers
Jeremy

USB is a serial port
PeterThe other day I described to my daughter how to find something in the garage by saying "It's right near my big saw". A few minutes later she came back to ask: "Do you mean the black one, the green one, or the blue one?".

Cheers.
