Default Suitable plywood blade for Hikoki C 10RJ (X)

    Hi guys,
I strayed a bit to the sawdust side from my usual MWF lair.
Santa bought me a table saw of sorts for Xmas. It is a Hikoki 10RJ (X)

The Original Equipment blade has not got a good reputation according the talking heads on the net.

I am savvy enough to know there must be a match between the blade thickness (kerf) and the riving knife.

Original blade is 2.8mm and the riving knife slightly thinner at 2.25mm thick.

Searching the usual suspects it seems that a Diablo 60T 10" x 2.5mm might do the trick as it is hoped to utilise it cutting plywood for workshop projects. Question is that ,will the clearance twixt new Diablo blade and rive knife be enough?

As a relative newcomer to table saw operation I would like to start off in a safe manner. I own a Triton but it has rusted to bits here in rust city.
Advice on suitable blades will be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Grahame

The riving knife is supposed to be thinner than the kerf of the blade.
    remember, it’s wood, it moves,it shrinks,it grows,it twists, it’s alive.
Fractions of a millimetre aren’t that critical in woodworking, unlike metal.
Just use it, see how it goes. I’ve found that the angle of the face of the teeth, and the amount of them, has the most bearing on the quality of the cut.
